San Beda College Alumni Foundation, Inc. (SBCAF) was registered on June 03, 1997 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a non-profit, non-stock organization. The foundation was initially registered on June 07, 1978. However, in 1988, its registration was revoked by the commission due to failure to comply with the annual reportorial requirements of the SEC.
The San Beda College Alumni Foundation is an association of Bedan alumni/ae that is committed to raising funds as a service to its alma mater in her educational apostolate; and its contribution to the Church and Philippine Society to building the future.
