The Roxas Foundation, Inc., was established by the families of Antonio and Eduardo Roxas in 1987, as the designated corporate social responsibility arm of the Roxas Holdings, Inc. Its primary purpose is “ to provide resources and opportunities to foster and promote the development of communities consistent with the principles of self-reliance and total human development.” It was incorporated with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit corporation on June 4,1987. Its principal office is located at 7th floor Cacho-Gonzales Bldg. 101 Aguirre St. Legazpi Village, Makati City.
The foundation has 28 full time staff, 2 project- based and 9 regular volunteers who provide uncompensated technical services to the Foundation, four newly hired staff are still in the process of completing their probationary status and 5 members of the Board of Trustees.
It was certified for 5 years on May 11, 2010 and which ended on November 5, 2014. It applied for PCNC re-certification on October 29, 2016 but failed to complete the required documents.
Its primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of people living in the areas where Roxas Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries operate. Since its inception, it has focused primarily on Education and Livelihood. Currently, it has added health and sports in its programs.
