The People Engaged in People Projects Foundation, Inc. (PEPPI) is a non-stock, non-profit corporation, incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 7, 1991 to form and prepare leaders dedicated to imparting values education and skills training to various sectors of society towards the goal of total personal development. It seeks to achieve this by initiating, promoting and cooperating in projects related to this goal. Its main office is located at Room 404-405 Culmat Building, 1270-1330 E. Rodriguez Sr., Ave., Barangay Mariana, Quezon City. The Foundation has 22 regular staff, 180 volunteers and 7 members of the Board of Trustees.
It was first certified for 3 years on June 28, 2004 and which ended on June 27, 2007. First Renewal was certified for 5 years on December 14, 2007 and which ended on December 13, 2012. Second Renewal was certified for 5 years on January 31, 2013 and which ended on November 27, 2017.
Its purposes, among others are, “to be a leading organization for the integral development of women for family and society; to initiate, develop and undertake a program of activities which promote and support values education and skills training, personal integrity, professional competence, social responsibility, cultural upliftment and spiritual maturity; and to build and maintain its venues and facilities for future generations of volunteers and beneficiaries.
The Foundation’s programs focused on 8 centers located in Las Piñas, Alabang, Makati, Taguig and Bacolod cities. Another center is under construction in Quezon City. Leadership training and personal formation are provided to mostly young professionals, women and mothers. The centers in Alabang and Bacolod also cater to children and youth.
