La Salle University-Ozamiz, Inc.

The La Salle University Ozamiz, Inc., formerly Immaculate Conception College ? La Salle of Ozamiz, Inc. was registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non profit corporation (as amended on December 14, 2006) by a group of incorporators as a member of the De La Salle Brothers and the Lasallian Family. The university is located in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental. The University has a total number of 256 regular employees and staff for the current year and 10 members of the Board of Trustees. Its purposes among others, are to give a sound, complete and Catholic education to children and youth of the Philippines and to promote their intellectual and moral development, to offer courses and programs in the various educational level, Pre-school, Grade School, High School, College/Undergraduate Degrees, Graduate and Post-Graduate Programs, and to offer Post-secondary Technical Vocational Education and Training Programs subject to the United TVET Program Registration. Its sources of income include tuition, interest from investments and donations.
