The International Sheng Zhen Society Foundation, Inc. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Registration No. A1998-18871) as a non-stock non-profit corporation on January 7, 1999. Its main program is the teaching of Sheng Zen Wuji Yuan Gong, which is a system of moving and non-moving meditations. Its office is located at 6/F S & L Bldg., Dela Rosa corner Esteban St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Its vision is “to train as much Sheng Zhen teachers in all parts of the world to spread the practice of Sheng Zhen Gong for the individual’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.” Its mission is ”to teach and spread the practice of Qigong”, which is beneficial to overall health. For overall health to be achieved, the emotions and physical body must be individually balanced, and together in harmony. And finally Qigong opens the heart. As one experiences the opening of the heart, this allows the qi from the universe in to the entire body, and the individual can enjoy a life of perfect well-being.” Its goal is “to teach Sheng Zhen Gong to various institutions throughout the country and around the world”.
The Foundation’s programs include providing education and training on Qigong and special healing advocacies. It operates nationally and internationally with clientele who are men, women, disabled, youth, children, and the elderly. It has partnered with local schools and organizations, and government agencies (e.g. the Philippine General Hospital) in the conduct of its programs. The Society is accredited with the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care – Department of Health.
