The Cityland for Social Progress Foundation, Inc. was registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit corporation on September 20, 2001 by a group of incorporators who were interested in helping the general welfare of the poor, destitute, marginalized families and communities. It is a corporate, grant-making organization. Its main office is located at Rm. 301 Cityland Condo, 10 Tower II, 154 H. V. Dela Costa Street, Makati City. The foundation has eight (8) regular volunteers and five (5) members of the Board of Trustees.
Its purposes, among others, are “to see a nation whose people are God-fearing, secure, harmonious, peaceful and progressive; to provide and promote the overall general welfare of society by supporting socio-economic programs. The Foundation provide grants to reliable organizations that focus on the following areas: Civic programs, Youth Development, Social Welfare, Community Development and Livelihood Training.
